Akafellas

Akafellas was formed in 2001 by students mostly based at the University of Asia and the Pacific. But the group has evolved and has only retained four of its original members. Akafellas have their own style of music, know as "pop-capella," which is very evident in their songs. The group includes Roger Sigua, 26 and a bass singer, Paolo Navarra, 22, baritone, Reuben Uy, 22, tenor II, Carl Villuga, the youngest member of the group at 18 and also tenor II, Red Sandico who just recently graduated from Thames Business College at Libis, Ikey Canoy, 24, tenor I, Mike Salomon, 20, baritone, and Robi Joseph, 24, also tenor II.
